This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. RHG offers preventive and basic restorative dental services individually tailored to meet the needs of their patients. The services are offered in state of the art dental facilities located in Henderson, Jackson and Roanoke Rapids. RHG also offers oral health education and screening programs. The basic dental services include exams, cleanings, children’s fluoride, x-rays, sealants, fillings, extractions and other routine dental care. They offer some advanced services including root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures. Dental services are available to children and adults. Rural Health Group offers a sliding fee program for those patients who earn less than 200% of the federal poverty level. For sliding fee patients they offer deep discounts on dental services. Work Hour   8 a.m. – 6 p.m., four days a week.
